Insperity ExpensAble Office Updates

Installation Instructions:

Insperity ExpensAble Office checks for and applies updates automatically on a regular basis.  You may also go to Administration->Program Options->Updates and click Check for Program Updates Now.

Features and fixes in Version 8.0.6:

• Added support for non-standard OFX file import, specifically the use of end-of-file CRLFCR
• Added support for OFX shift+download override to allow previously deleted transaction(s) to be re-imported
• Fixed Analysis Reports customize feature to allow filtering by Envelope
• Fixed Hotel Genie to allow entering additional expenses on specific date
• Fixed ability to change BillTo selection at Expense Entry level when using Percent Allocation
• Fixed an issue where the Mileage was calculated incorrectly when using Odometer option in a Mileage expense
• Fixed an issue in the Trip Genie where the Amount field was incorrect when entering a Car Rental expense
• Fixed an issue with the Reclaimable flag for VAT, GST, PST, HST not correctly being initialized during expense creation
• Fixed an issue where Vendor Bill expenses are now sent before Item expenses, per Quickbooks requirements
• Fixed an issue where split non-reimbursable Corporate Credit expenses where being recorded as reimbursable
• Fixed an issue where Guests were being added to expense without being selected
• Fixed Budget Report to default to the current year

Features and fixes in Version 8.0.5:

• Fixed an issue where editing the Expense Date would revert to a Date one day prior to selected Date depending on the Timezone of the User
• Fixed Analysis Reports to be able to report on all Expense Entry fields as a customization option
• Fixed various issues which cause a Java.Lang.NullPointerException error when trying to print a report
• Fixed Consultant #2 and Consultant #3 HTML Report Forms
• Fixed a hang during configuration import in certain cases
