This provides the expense submitter clear visibility to policy violations and saves everyone time and money by greatly reducing the need to audit spending.
You can tell the submitter to complete a missing field, warn the submitter but allow submission, or block submission all together, saving you time rejecting, re-routing, and re-working reports.
Policy Enforcement Examples:
- Flag when an expense amount exceeds company policy.
- Alert when a spend submission is not allowed per company policy, such as movies, hotels, etc).
- Allow the submitter to add an explanation when submitting an expense that exceeds the company's policy to give approvers the information they need to make the right decision.
