ExpensAble® Mobile is a great time saver for business people on the go. Tracking your expenses is easier when you use your iPhone, Droid, or Blackberry to capture receipt images, add expense details, upload saved expenses, calculate exchange rates and more―quickly, easily, and in real time.
Once you enter your expenses using ExpensAble® Mobile, you can save them in your personal ExpensAble® Corporate "E-bin", where they are stored until you're ready to complete your report. The next time you log in to ExpensAble® Corporate from your computer, you can easily add the transactions to any new or existing expense report.
Receipt Imaging
The ExpensAble® Mobile receipt imaging function simplifies expense account management, saving you time and money by eliminating the need for paper receipts. By attaching digital copies of receipts online, your employees can instantly submit their receipts for approval, saving you the high costs of routing and storing paper. How to Get Started
Download the ExpensAble® Mobile app through your smartphone's app store, such as iTunes, Android Market or Blackberry App World. From there, activating ExpensAble® Mobile is easy―just enter your existing ExpensAble® Corporate information and you're ready to begin mobile expense management! Internet connectivity is required to upload expenses.
