Follow the instructions below to download and install the 6.50 update release. Note: You must be running ExpensAble version 6.0, 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.04 or 6.05 to install this release.

Installation Instructions:

1. View the release notes.
   
2. Download and install the ExpensAble 6.50 update. The filename is "UPDATE.EXE" (file size: 5.21 MB).
3. Approximate download time is 3 minutes with a 56K modem.
4. Save the file to your Program Files\ExpensAble directory.
5. Once the download is complete, exit ExpensAble if it is running.
6. Double-click UPDATE.EXE, or from the Start menu, choose Run..., to begin the update.
7. Once the update is complete, you will have version 6.50 of ExpensAble. From the Help menu, choose "About ExpensAble" to verify you have version 6.50.
8. Delete "UPDATE.EXE" from the Program Files\ExpensAble directory.

Features and fixes in Version 6.50:

1. For ExpensAble.com users: Enhanced the processing and analysis of Credit Card Split expenses submitted via the ExpensAble Offline Client.
2. For ExpensAble.com users: Expense envelopes cannot be submitted to ExpensAble.com if they contain only cash advances. Expense envelopes submitted to the service must contain expenses.
3. For ExpensAble.com users: The ability to add a new expense type entered via the Currency Genie will be disabled if the ExpensAble.com Company Administrator disallows additions to the Expense Type list.
4. For ExpensAble.com users: Corrected the issue of Merchant names missing from the imported Corporate Card Mileage transactions after modifying expense type data via the detailed description window.
5. For ExpensAble.com users: Corrected the issue of merged envelopes with Corporate Card transactions unlocking Corporate Card transaction fields.
6. Corrected the issue of an extra page printing at the end of each report.
7. Corrected the issue of long city names overlapping to the next line of a report. Long names now wrap appropriately in a report.
8. The Home Currency is now editable within the list under the Lists menu > Other Lists > Currencies. You can modify the name and the symbol, which will apply to subsequent expenses entered.
9. While using the Credit Card Genie, the new Credit Card Guided Setup is launched when clicking the "New" button in the "Card" panel. The Credit Card Guided Setup allows you to set up a new Credit Card's payment method for online access.
10. Enhanced the performance of ExpensAble and Acrobat Reader when closing PDF reports after clicking the "Done" button in ExpensAble's report window.
11. Improved the synchronization between custom expense types created within the Lists > Expense Types list, and the Reports > Report Labels > Choose Expense Types list after merging a QEM file.
12. Corrected the issue of, after changing the Mileage Rate and then re-opening ExpensAble, the Mileage Rate reverted back to its original rate.
