Follow the instructions below to download and install the 5.0.4.3/5.5.4.3 update release. Note: You must be running ExpensAble version 5.0.4.2/5.5.4.2 to install this release.
Installation Instructions:
- View the release notes.
- Download and install the ExpensAble 5.0.4.3/5.5.4.3 update. The filename is "UPDATE.EXE" (file size: 565KB). Approximate download time is 0.5 minutes with a 56K modem.
- Save the file to your Program Files\ExpensAble directory.
- Once the download is complete, exit ExpensAble if it is running.
- Double-click UPDATE.EXE, or from the Start menu, choose Run..., to begin the update.
- Once the update is complete, you will have version 5.0.4.3/5.5.4.3 of ExpensAble. From the Help menu, choose "About ExpensAble" to verify you have version 5.0.4.3/5.5.4.3.
- Delete "UPDATE.EXE" from the Program Files\ExpensAble directory.

Resolved the issue of incorrectly being able to import Corporate Credit Card data to a report that has already been submitted.

Resolved the issue of the Reconcile Credit Card feature (found in Edit menu > Credit Card Reconcile) not including Payment Methods specified as corporate cards. The Account drop-down menu now displays both personal card and corporate card payment methods.

Resolved the issue of downloaded credit card transactions not showing the VAT, GST or HST field in an expense report. When the VAT, GST or HST radio buttons in the ExpensAble User Info and Envelope Info dialogs are selected, the downloaded credit card transactions now correctly show these fields.

Resolved the issue of VAT, GST or HST expense types causing a memory error during the merging of the ExpensAble configuration file.
